By reading BelmakDesign you accept the terms below. They are written to be understood, not to catch anyone out. If something is unclear, ask us through the contact page.

1. What the magazine offers

BelmakDesign publishes articles about technology, software, business, money and property for general information. Our guides describe how things usually work and what people commonly consider. They are not tailored to your circumstances.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice. Articles on mortgages, savings, crypto assets, property or starting a business are background reading only. Before acting on a decision with financial or legal consequences, consult a suitably qualified professional in your country. Markets and rules change, and past developments say nothing certain about the future.

3. Technical instructions

Device and software how-tos are written carefully, but menus and features differ between versions, models and regions. Follow them at your own discretion, back up your data before making significant changes, and check the manufacturer's documentation if something does not match what you see.

4. Accuracy

We try to keep articles correct and up to date, and we fix mistakes when we find them, as described in our corrections policy. We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it.

5. Companies and products

Some articles mention businesses, services or products. A mention is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality. Your relationship with any company you deal with is between you and that company.

6. Links to other sites

Articles may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we approve of everything on the other site.

7. Copyright

The text, layout and graphics of this site belong to BelmakDesign or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with a clear credit and a link to the original article. Copying whole articles, republishing them elsewhere or using them to train or feed automated systems requires our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not try to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of information on this site or from the temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence.
