Say Hello
The quickest way to reach us is by email at team@belmakdesign.com. You can also use the form on this page: it opens your own email program with the message filled in, so nothing passes through our website and you keep a copy in your sent folder.
Messages we are especially glad to get
- Corrections. A step that no longer matches a menu, a broken link, a detail that has gone out of date. Please include the article address and the passage in question.
- Questions for future guides. If a phone setting, an app, a subscription or a small-business task has you puzzled, there is a good chance other readers feel the same.
- Feedback on clarity. If an explanation lost you halfway through, tell us where. That helps more than general praise.
- Proposals for guest articles. Send a short outline first. We publish outside contributions only when they are genuinely useful to readers and meet our house rules.
Helpful details to include
For a question about a device or app, mention the model and the software version if you know it, because menus and features often differ between them. For a business or money topic, describe the general situation rather than personal figures; that is all we need to decide whether an article could help.
What we cannot help with
We are a small editorial team, not a support desk or an advisory service. We cannot:
- repair devices or log in to accounts on your behalf;
- recommend specific investments, loans or properties for your situation;
- resolve disputes with companies mentioned in our articles.
For those, the manufacturer, the service provider or a qualified professional is the right place to start.
Please keep sensitive details out
Never send passwords, bank details, identity documents or recovery codes; no genuine request from this magazine would involve them. If something sensitive arrives by mistake, we delete it. How we handle the messages we receive is described in our privacy notice.
When to expect a reply
We read every message. Reports of errors are looked at first, usually within a few working days. Topic suggestions may not get an individual answer, but they go onto the list we use when planning articles, as explained in How We Choose Topics.
Thank you for taking the time to write. Many of our most useful updates began with a reader's note.
Before you write
Things readers ask before emailing the desk
Can you fix my phone or laptop?
We cannot troubleshoot individual devices, but if a problem comes up often, it may become a guide that helps you and other readers.
Will you recommend a provider or investment for me?
No. We explain how products and markets work in general terms; decisions about your money belong with you and a qualified professional.
How soon do corrections go live?
Errors that could cost readers data or money are fixed first, usually within a few working days of being confirmed.
What happens to my email address?
It is used only to reply. There is no newsletter list, and old correspondence is deleted once it has served its purpose.
